HEADS provides the following therapeutic in-home services to at-risk children and their families. To provide clinical services unique to each individual in any environment they find most challenging, and focus on individual strengths so each client has the chance to achieve their highest potential.
We have been committed to helping children and their families in Florida since 1992. We started providing services to adolescents who were residing in residential care and were released to the community without a stable placement because traditional foster homes are unqualified to deal with their presenting behaviors.

Services
To provide clinical services unique to each individual in any environment they find most challenging, and focus on individual strengths so each client has the chance to achieve their highest potential. Whether traumatized by abuse, or victims of their own choices, HEADS helps by providing clinical support services that impact every area of the clients' lives.
Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care (STFC) is the most secure level of foster care requiring 33 hours of additional pre-service training and 24 hours per year of in-service training. These homes care for children who have behaviors based on their past traumas that keep them from normal functioning at school and in the community.
Individual therapy is a face-to-face clinical session that lasts for 50 to 60 minutes and is provided one time per week to an individual in a home or school setting. Family Therapy is a face-to-face clinical session that lasts 50 to 60 minutes and is provided one time per week to a family in a home setting.
