We are in the process of working with Twin Hammers on a roof replacement due to the current storms here in San Antonio.

I’m not going to sugar coat it: I had no clue about what to do for our roof. We had a leak. We needed it fixed.
Chris Malek and the desk staff at Twin Hammers made the entire operation as easy as can be. Easier, even, since I didn’t have to hint them down. Chris made himself available at all times, and he explained everything with patience and understanding.
Oh - and the roof looks great:)

We are in the process of working with Twin Hammers on a roof replacement due to the current storms here in San Antonio. Thus far, and we will update this review once our project is complete, WE ARE IMPRESSED with the knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness of Chris at Twin Hammer's. We had a significant leak and Chris was out to tarp the roof within a day and he is excellent at prioritizing work and just putting homeowner's minds at ease. No one looks forward to a roof repair but if you go with Twin Hammer's the process will explained to you in terms you can understand and your stress level

Twin Hammer (Chris Sanchez) are true professional. They worked with us through the claim process and even when our insurance company (ALLState) failed to provide the appropriate response.
