Harmony Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, dental care, and after hours emergency services.
Our hospital's reputation for excellence originated in 1973 when Dr William B Epple VMD and his wife, Ruth Epple, constructed the hospital, hung a sign out front, and opened the doors to the community to indicate their willingness to care for our domesticated small animal species.

At Harmony Animal Hospital, we emphasize the importance of preventive veterinary care through semi-annual examinations, appropriate selection of vaccinations, and diagnostic services such as bloodwork to avoid or delay the onset of clinical disease. Allergy Testing: Environmental, food, and flea allergies have become more problematic in recent years than ever before.
Dr. Ryan L Epple VMD completed his bachelor of science in biology in 1999 from Pennsylvania State University while a first year veterinary student at the University of Pennsylvania 's School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Ryan Epple completed his degree in veterinary medicine from UPenn in 2003 before beginning practice as an emergency veterinarian at a small animal hospital in Wilmington, Delaware where he also participated at the SPCA providing medical & surgical services.Dr. Epple began employment at Harmony Animal Hospital in the fall of 2006.

Dr. Cooley is a traveling veterinary surgeon. She performs an extensive list of other orthopedic and soft tissue surgical procedures. Dr. Cooley received her Veterinary Degree from the University of Tennessee in 1993.
She completed her small animal surgery residency and master degree at Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996, and joined the staff of Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine as a lecturer from 1996-1999.Dr Cooley has been working with Harmony Animal Hospital for over 10 years.

The staff at Harmony Animal Hospital is a vital component to the hospital's daily management, and various members have been present for thirty years, twenty five years, twenty years, with all nine members of our technical staff members having been employed for at least two years. I love this vet. All of the employees are so helpful and take the time to talk with you even if its just consoling.

Can honestly say that the compassion and care received here exceeds far above any other local vet I've been to. Even when they are super busy with emergencies or things don't go according to plan, they are exceptionally accommodating. I also think that their services (bloodwork, medicine, food, ect) are very fairly priced and lower than other places I have gone.

ZERO STARS is too generous if I could give less than zero I would just to help others in desperate situations for their pet. If you have an emergency DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! This place is a nightmare! My dog was experiencing a crisis Crown Vet would not take any emergencies due to COVID and short staff so they referred me to Harmony animal hospital because it was the closest to our home. What a nightmare!!!!! The receptionist would not acknowledge my emergency she made me wait for an appointment at midnight then when we arrived they told me I had to wait outside for when a room came available

I take my cat to Harmony Animal for all shots and maintenance. Recently my cat needed his nails trimmed. Made an appointment, arrived five minutes early, and my cat was taken in right on time. They were quick and did a great job. Very fair price too. The hospital is always clean and safe for both people and pets, especially during the pandemic. Very friendly staff and vets. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I brought my dog to Harmony Animal Hospital for the first time 3 days ago due to seizures. Dr. Epple and staff were AMAZING! They were kind, thorough, and compassionate. For the first time in a long time I left with a plan and people I know will help me ensure his well being. I HIGHLY recommend them.

My dog fell from the third floor and suffered a terrible concussion , he had a seizure and was bleeding from his eye. I was very sad and distraught, but harmony animal hospital took excellent care of my dog and saved my dogs life . If it wasn’t for them my baby probably wouldn’t be here . I am so ThAnkyou for Harmony animal clinic and would recommend anyone to bring their dog here. They will be in great hands . My dog stayed for 4 days and was so well taken care of and he was at peace.

I can't even put into words how thankful my fiance and I are for this vet and the nurses and doctors who saw our 2 ferrets over the past week. Our 2 ferrets were sick and they were so accommodating and knowledgeable, they were able to see them right away and our boy started improving after our first visit but our babygirl had different issues and got progressively worse. So we brought her back in the night before Thanksgiving and they ended up admitting her overnight.
