I called to cancel my policy due to me selling a vehicle they told me I had to come in and couldn't do it over the phone. No problem, when I couldn't make it in they cancelled the payment [without my permission(I had EFT mind you)] and then let my account lapse putting me in a high risk category and making me unable to stay on with my previous provider.
