Don't have much to offer other than the response has been less than expected. We agreed on a plan of engagement. I uploaded my information into his portal. He never responded. That was on 9/30/2021. I called the office after a month. His assistant said he had been busy and would be in touch. I sent an email 2 weeks later. No response.

I have used Marcus' services for almost 10 years. I have watched his company grow from a small company to a thriving business.
