Singer Immigration Law 's principal is Eric Singer. Before he formed his own firm in 2009, Eric spent over 13 years successfully litigating administrative, business torts, immigration, and family law cases at the trial level and on appeal. Today, with certain limited exceptions, all Singer Immigration Law does is immigration law -- particularly immigration litigation and removal defense - and post-conviction relief.

In preparing trial memoranda, waiver applications, and post-trial motions and appellate briefs, Singer Immigration Law strives to bring the same rigor and thoughtfulness that appear in many published law review, legal magazine, and trade journal articles authored by Mr. Singer. Some of them are listed here.
Singer Immigration Law represents immigrants and non-immigrants in removal (deportation) and bond proceedings principally before the Immigration Judges in Baltimore, Maryland and Arlington, Virginia. The firm's clients often comprise noncitizens facing the adverse immigration consequences of criminal convictions or those seeking asylum or withholding of removal.

My wife and I found Mr. Singer online and couldn't be happier with the turn out. He was attentive, responsive, professional, and most of all honest about the whole process and there were no surprises due to his thoroughness. I would highly recommend!

I had very challenging citizenship case due to criminal charges I had in the past and a denial of previous citizenship application. Eric evaluated my case in great detail with analytical approach that most of the attorneys lack of. In our first interview, Eric went over every single detail of my immigration history and the associated dates spanning over appx. 20 years to build the case. He filed my citizenship application and through out the process, he was very responsive to any update. Prior to my citizenship interview, Eric prepared me for the questions, civic test and for my responses. Following

CR-1 process-
We chose Mr Singer to help us on a spouse visa. He has been one of the only lawyers who would listen to our request in the first place, without asking for money just to have him over the phone.
He handled our case very well and we were lucky to have my visa approved only 1 year after starting the process.
His advice was crucial to avoid any mistake that could cause delay, and answer appropriately to some tricky questions that don't make much sense.
He has been beyond helpful and he did his best to help us navigating the different requests, accounts and connection with the embassy

Eric Singer was able to help us with what seems to me - a complicated case. I had an I751 and N400 that were both denied in the same time, I wasn't sure what's going on and how to approach the issue. I met with Eric, he listened carefully, draw the entire timeline & order of events on a board, then explained what's going on. After discussing options, he wrote very good professional letters and attach them to the applications. Soon after that, we got the situation fixed. Highly recommended, his rate are very reasonable and he has a lot of experience in the field.

BEST IMMIGRATION LAWYER MD,VA,DC I had applied for my N400 application on my own with my families help march 2019. I didn't have a good feeling about it since I had a criminal background .Overall my cases looked really bad so I wanted to get a immigration lawyer to help me. I went to 8 immigration lawyers paid from $100-$300 per visit. A few of the immigration lawyers advise me to withdrawal my application completely. 2 of the lawyers told me to not even renewal my green card that it would put me in a risk. 4 lawyers said that my case could get approved but one of them said base on the fact that

Living in the DC area, there are plenty of immigration attorneys to choose from—this can be a daunting task. My spouse and I chose Eric Singer for his great online reviews, long history in the field, membership in AILA, and a price that we felt was fair. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work and truly aims to take care of his clients’ best interest. He has a “‘tell it like it is’ personality,” and calmly walks you through all possible scenarios of your case, which we greatly appreciated.
My case was relatively straightforward (adjustment of status from an H

Eric Singer helped me with a rather complicated immigration case, and represented me on matters in front of both the District Court and local field office. The results were extremely satisfactory and I wanted to share my experience with this review.
Immigration cases are often very personal. They could have profound impact on families and lives. My case was no exception. What I was most impressed with Eric’s handling of my case, was his willingness to empathize with my problems and his ability to attune to my anxieties throughout the process. He understood the gravity of the immigration case
