In 1962, Dale Elfner founded Dale Realty Co. in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. For over five decades, the company has seen new faces, new buildings, and the same family name. Dale's son, Wade, became a partner in 1993 and Wade's son, Nathan Elfner, was made partner in 2009. I would give zero stars if possible. We rented for a year and a half. At the showing the person showing us the house made a very inappropriate comment to my husband and I. They used awful contractors for anything they actually chose to fix. After we gave notice to move out, they asked if we could leave our key so they could show the house while we were still living there, because their spare was with a contractor. That was a lie because we found their missing spare key as we were moving out. A contractor from a year before had left the key down on our water heater, losing it. While living there

Applied for a unit that was $1350. Denied based on credit but score was a 674. Had a bankruptcy discharged and income over$100k. They use a credit system for approval instead of looking over the report themselves to make sure the denial is valid. Have excellent rental history. The denial did not make sense. Money wasted.

They are jokers!! Do not refer your family and friends here. All they do is take people's application fees and deny them for little stuff. And then wonder why their properties are up for rent for several months and barely have any tenants!! Landlords should definitely not go with these people if they want their places rented.

Century 21 Dale is an absolutely horrible realty company. Only Deb knows what she's doing, Micheal and the rest that I dealt with are inept and have no knowledge of customer service or their job requirements. If you have problems with your water or other amenities, don't expect any response from them for at least a week after reporting it. They'll do their best not to give you back your sec deposit too, even if you met all their requirements. Be prepared to rent a filthy house with rat droppings and roach infested like I unknowingly did with this unscrupulous and useless company. RUN!

Rental places are usually horrible, but century 21 sets the bar even lower. They don’t answer the phones, when they do they don’t help with the problem. When they send someone to fix the problems they do half the job then leave and never return. An example being that we had a outside light that needed to be fixed. It took them 3 entire years to fix that. I highly recommend that no one rents from these people ever. It has been an overall horrible experience every time we ever had to deal with them.
