We had a leak to our hot water tank and went through our home warranty to get it fixed. They contracted out Exodus to inspect and repair it. After missing their first appointment, they rescheduled for the next day. The technician arrived and we went up to the attic to look at the water tank. He barely took a look at it, and I essentially did the diagnosis for him. He hastily agreed with me and went to collect the service fee payment (a fixed fee arranged through the home warranty company). I wrote him a check and he said that he will be back in the next few days with the part to fix the water tank
