An immersion heater is an electric heating apparatus consists of a bundle of tubular heating elements which are submerged in a tank or container to heat a liquid, such as water, oils of various viscosity, viscous materials, solvents, process solutions, liquidous chemicals, and gases.
It is designed and used for direct contact heating to increase or maintain the temperature of the fluid to attain required values for process indicators such as temperature, viscosity, pressure, solubility, or miscibility.

Gaumer Process heater control panels are specifically selected and designed to fulfill the control requirements of most process heating applications. Gaumer Process offers Nema 12, Nema 4, and Nema 7 standard panel enclosure to fit a wide variety of elecric heat control needs. Nema 12 control panels are gasket enclosed and suitable for most indoor industrial applications.
Process Circulation heaters utilize the flanged or screw plug immersion heater bundle mated to a welded pressurized pipe body or as we commonly refer to in our industry, the heater vessel. The circulation heater can be mounted horizontally or vertically and piped in line with your process inlet and outlet connections.

Truckers be ware. These people damage equipment and then deny any wrong doing. I delivered a 35000 cylinder to this company and the incompetent person that was unloading cracked my floorboards on my step deck. Then they had the audacity to say it was my fault. That my 4x4s were to old and rotten. Well they were ok when I got there. They kept on balancing this 35000 pound cylinder on one sling, going up and down with it because it kept on tilting. Of course the boards are going to break. Then they put a two foot 4x4 between my cross members and lowered the cylinder. Well guess what, IT CRACKED and
