A: You will receive a notification in the morning on the day we are coming to perform service. Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather, we do not schedule a time window in advance. We dispatch jobs for each crew in the morning. You will receive a text or email notification. This notification will tell you that a team is on their way and what service they will be performing.

Critical: Professionalism
They claimed they were not doing Christmas Lights installs this year, however, their 'crew' showed up at our next-door neighbor's house to install their lights. What a sham of a business. I suggest everyone who uses them to stop!!! Clearly their crew in their shirts installing lights!!!

Fast Lawnscapes planned and completely re-did our landscape. Kelly was always on time for appointments and did an amazing job planning out the details of our landscape project. Her crew was professional, courteous and some of the hardest working men I have seen! I can’t say enough about the fabulous job they did!

Fast lawns has been mowing for us since mid April when we moved in. The response from their office when I've had questions has always been prompt and friendly. Our mowing has been on schedule all summer with only one time being a day late for rain which is amazing for summer in Florida. So far I am very happy with their service and would recommend.

I would just like to make clear my problems with the landscaping project Fast Lawns & More performed for me in Palmetto, FL.
1. Landscape Design - I have absolutely no issues with the work performed by Jane Kuzma. She made every effort to ensure that the design was done right and that my wife and I were happy with the way the landscaping would look when finished. Unfortunately for me, it did not work out that way. I have told her I would be happy to give her a reference.
2. Old Landscaping Removal - I told Kelly up front that removal of the old, overgrown shrubs would be a problem and

Use Fast Lawns if you want to overpay and get the kind of service that caused me to write the letter below. And of course ... they did not even complete the last mowing I paid for on August 31st. Thanks for leaving me with super high grass on Labor Day weekend. I now have to pay someone else to mow today so I can at least walk my dogs.
Kelly - After my mowing scheduled for August 31st, I would like to cancel my services with you.
Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with the service I have received. I am disappointed with:
