Sharmen Rutherford and the team at All Things New Counseling Services, LLC strives to help individuals become the best version of themselves by utilizing sound, clinically proven techniques to help clients grow holistically and to equip them with hope for a better future.

In this small group, participants will meet weekly for eight sessions to learn about mental illness and substance abuse. There will also be a discussion on how the two co-exist and how they keep individuals trapped in the self-destructive cycles.
