Hi my name is Ray Austin, I am owner and operator of Austin Air Companie. I have been servicing the Katy Texas and surrounding areas since 1999. I became a Texas licensed HVAC contractor nearly a decade ago and 2018 will mark my 10th year anniversary of being in HVAC business on my own. I have been involved in the HVAC field since 1994, and in 1996 I graduated trade school with AOS degree as HVAC / R Mechanic.

Austin did a great job fixing our ac unit! Our AC stopped blowing cold air Sunday morning. We called eight different AC companies, and he was the only one able to arrive on the same day! After we called him he was able to arrive in an hour. He was very knowledgable, and able to fix out AC unit the same day. I would recommend him 10/10!

I have been a customer of Mr. Austin for several years now. He is trustworthy and very honest. He doesn't recommend something unless it is truly needed. I have a maintenance contract with him and he comes out twice a year to check our system. He even came out on a Thursday night when we had an issue with our HVAC system. I would highly recommend using his service.
