I decided to learn more about bodywork and took courses in Pregnancy Massage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Cupping, and Hot Stone Massage. Then, my Asian studies course changed my practice. I learned about meridians in Thai and Shiatsu Massage. This new Eastern Philosophy made me realize that there is a type of bodywork for everyone.
The technique of Bodha Yogassage is the sacred healing art and science of awakening. The practitioner will guide you through various Yoga poses. These poses will help your muscles stretch, relieve muscular tension, and increase circulation. In this type of treatment the practitioner will apply hot and cold stones to your body in order to increase blood flow and muscle relaxation.
