Don is the founder of SECURE Real Estate Management, L.P. and is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Don is third generation in the real estate business and has instilled the "hands on" approach for the firm's culture. Don oversees all aspects of the company's functions including but not limited to: leasing, rent collections, personnel management, weekly site visits, property walk-throughs, client communications, budget reviews, lease negotiations and capital improvement projects.
