First did underarm wax and was quick, easy, and , (sorry if I misspelled), was so sweet. Next got a soak off and polish. They don’t use drills so taking gel off wasn’t super easy but worked out in the end. All in all good experience, only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 was my polish was uneven and a little cracked by the end of day but that could’ve been just the polish and I nothing to do with fresh spa itself.

I got a gel manicure and less than a week later two of my nails were already chipping. I called the spa to see if I could get them redone and they had no problem fitting me in on a busy Saturday free of charge! I was so happy they stood by the quality of their work and now my nails will look perfect for my baby shower!

Had scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I this morning. However, things had came up and we weren't able to make it. Usually staff aren't in until 30 mins prior so I gave them a ring to let them know as soon as it was 8:30am. Becky had answered my call and instantly guilt tripped me for canceling because, "the girls are paid by the hour and now they'll be coming in early and instead of having a customer, they're just going to sit here!" I was asking her a few questions and she had hung up on me. I called back and asked if she had owned this establishment -

Massage was amazing. There were two people doing my mani/pedi at the same time which made it less relaxing. Being pulled in different directions and trying not to move when one was painting and one was exfoliating proved a bit difficult. I don't think my toes turned out as good as my nails. Overall, prices are great. Everyone was friendly and my massage was incredible.

I love coming to Fresh Market Spa whenever I'm in Wichita. The nail technicians/artists are always great & massages are excellent. Their focus on natural beauty products & techniques is refreshing & makes it a real asset to Wichita's fairly extensive spa options. Online booking makes everything that much easier. I'd been looking for a decent esthetician for a while when I found this place. I hate having to wax so it's important to find someone who makes you feel comfortable and can do it quickly while still doing a good job. I've been going to Tess for a few months now & she's been great. Finally someone who can get my eyebrows right! She's friendly & and makes me feel comfortable. I came here as part of a wedding party so we could all get mix-and-match manicures and pedicures. The entire experience was so excellent and positive, I will definitely be back to pamper myself in the future! I love that we got to pick a scent to mix into the lotion (and there were tons to choose from! I guarantee they're bound to have anything that strikes your fancy, from flower scents to the cozy smell of a fireside to strawberry lemonade and anything in between!) Excellent massage, loved the girl who did my manicure, but the girl that did the pedicure was a little grouchy. Very cute place, and the woman who was at the front desk was very accommodating for our group, only thing that really bothered me was that we were not offered the disposable pedi slippers, and we had to walk on the gravel outside to the car barefoot.

Saw the great reviews on yelp, and gave this place a try. I've been back many times since for a massage. Love that you get to choose your scented essential oil for your massage. Great prices too!

After coming here, I refused to go anywhere else. So far I have been here two times and have had great experiences each time. My first time I went for a manicure and pedicure for both my mother and I. I was so surprised that they don't charge extra for a french manicure- unlike every other place that I've gone too.

This place is awesome! Not your typical nail salon. Way more comforting atmosphere than your typical get in, get out nail salon. I called way late in the day after work and the owner said she may be able to squeeze me in. I got there and Mariah was busy on someone else's nails. She started my nails about 15 minutes before close and stayed almost an hour after they closed making sure they looked perfect. Great customer service AND my nails are decked out in my school colors. Definitely coming back!

I absolutely love this place! I go frequently and mostly for the massage. Jaime and Leeann are both excellent therapists and extremely attentive to the specific needs of my high maintenance back. I usually need deep tissue work with a good amount of elbow grease, as the expression goes, and some stretching. Whatever the pain I am having that visit, both do their darnedest to make sure I leave with relief. I cannot sing their praises enough!
