For over 25 years, Dr. Mark Caggiano, DDS has provided cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a comfortable, professional environment. Dr. Caggiano received a degree in Biology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Southern California. He has had extensive post-graduate training and is a member of numerous professional organizations including The American Dental Association and The International Dental Implant Association.

I got a call from the office today and don't remember the woman's name but she was ride , condescending, arrogant and accused me of not listening. I think she was not listening to me and my needs, where was the caring for someone in discomfort and I was trying to get some answers and at the age hanged up on me. I'm sure Dr. Caggianno is still the nice kind person I remember, his staff not so much.

Didn't have to think twice about getting my veneers done by Dr. Caggiano and his team (Kara & Kristi). They provide the best service and knowledge where I felt at ease the minute I stepped into their office. I told them I wanted my teeth to be completed in 2 weeks as I had an event to attend & they made it happen! The whole process was smooth and painless & now I have literally the perfect smile that I've always wanted. Both myself and my son were patients of Dr. Caggiano. My experience was much more than I expected, i was treated respectfully and professionally with a very warm small family feel. If the need should ever arise for another Dental implant, this is where I will go! As far as my son, my only regret is not having before and after pictures. Dr. Caggiano literally changed my sons life. He brought him back to the person he was before an accident that ultimately damaged all his teeth to the point he wouldn't smile, became self conscious and withdrawn. My consultation for an implant was maybe 2 min and long and not very thorough. I left with many questions. Kara is rather abrasive and hard to talk to. The dr. Seems nice but again left with many questions. Felt rushed in and out. Communicating with this office on a comfort level posed to be a challenge. I didn't feel they really cared about helping me or not. Great piece but for what exactly??????

My husband has been going to Dr. Caggiano and absolutely loves the convenience (we live in the neighborhood) and I finally switched over after hearing him rave about the doctor for years.
Dr. Caggiano and his staff are extremely thorough and patient and their pricing is pretty competitive so I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment with Dr. Caggiano. It started with a very informative consultation. Dr. Caggiano went over a questionnaire I had previously filled out and made several notes while we visited. I felt he genuinely was interested in my concerns and my overall goal for my smile:) I didn't feel rushed at all. I tend to think that doctor's are so busy cramming one patient after the other and they are in a hurry causing me to feel anxious, but Dr. Caggiano ended up spending almost 2 1/2 hours with me that day. Grew up in Madison Park, Dad still lives there - and found Caggiano on yelp (which I use several times a week) - so I simply assumed I would get quality care - NO... First of all, I am very aware I have bad teeth due to enamel erosion/grinding/wear, and have had about $20,000 in crowns and fillings as a result of it primarily in another state. So it was not exactly shocking, to first have the (very nice, BTW) hygienist say to me, "WOW...you have a lot of wear for someone your age..." - I am fully aware of this. However, I was not expecting Caggiano's proposed solution to the problem

I can honestly say that Dr. Caggiano and his staff are responsible for the most comfortable and pleasant dental experience I have ever had.
He is extremely professional and without judgement, very straight forward and super informative. I have had my share of major dental work done in the past and never have I felt so completely at ease and without vulnerability while tackling what are usually long and torturous time consuming dental procedures. It was amazing! Kara has been wonderful and accommodating with scheduling and billing as well.
I am new to the Seattle area and am genuinely happy

I saw Dr. Caggiano last week when I went to his office as a new patient. He has an awesome offer for patients without insurance, which is what brought me in. I was so impressed, his hygienist Jennifer was extremely thorough. When Dr. Caggiano came in to do the exam he really took the time to explain his findings and it helped me to understand what was going on in my mouth. I had some work that needed to be done and was given a treatment plan immediately and was offered payment options and was able to schedule right away. Seattle's Best Smiles did a great job with my cleaning and dental exam yesterday. Dr. Caggiano was nice, and the hygienist took her time with my teeth. She worked into the next appointment time with me, because they had a cancellation. This was great, because I hadn't been to the dentist in three years since I've never had dental insurance. Another great thing, this place has uninsured rates! It only cost me $84 for a dental exam, x-rays, and a cleaning. The dental schools I've looked at in the area cost more than that! It is both inexpensive and quality!

The receptionist was helpful and welcoming, but Dr. Caggiano was arrogant and aloof. One thing I did like about their paperwork was that they asked you on the new patient form what they could do to make your experience there a pleasant one. I checked on the form that I would like to know in advance what the costs would be and the receptionist made sure I was covered by insurance. I went back for treatment and he was so condescending and outright rude to me, that I could never recommend him to anyone else. So despite the initial good impression in the waiting room, his arrogance and disaffected
