I got my transmission swapped here for my Audi s4, about 2 years ago, still holding up just fine, although they did not have the ability to code the transmission to the car, and I was only given the option to get it coded at the dealership, but the dealer said they did a good job car looked okay.

I have been coming here for so many years now because they continue to be upstanding and wonderful. They’ve never tried to charge me for something that isn’t broken, and they’ve been fair on price for the work I’ve needed done.
Part of the reason i have kept driving a Volkswagen is JUST so i can keep coming back to this place for service and know i won’t get ripped off every time i need standard maintenance.

Brought in a mk6 GLI with AC problems. They fixed my issues and had my AC blowing cold and quiet while explaining everything and answered all the questions I had in detail. They were very honest with the potential cost throughout. Highly satisfied with the entire process.

Just the best! My niece had been having major problems with her Jetta and 1000's later with no fix or even definite cause from dealer V-Dub fixed the issue and proactive service for 100's so when I had warning lights with my Touareg (after a regular maintenance by dealership no less), I promptly took my car to Ben. The mechanic fixed and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I can only imagine how much $$$ and how long it would have been at the dealer. No one else will ever service my car.

Professional and excellent customer service. I called about a repair and they knew exactly what was needed and how long it would take to repair. They asked for my contact information, and said that they would call back with an estimate. They called back with the price of parts, labor, and timeframe. They ordered the parts for me and told me to come in whenever I was free once the part was received. Price was more than fair. Service was great. This place is incredible!!!
1. The location is far enough off a busy road that it is very accessible and safe.
2. The honesty of the service advisor and laid back atmosphere is awesome!!
3. Their pricing is VERY competitive
4. They are competent
5. They don't treat like a wealthy person(which I am not) because I drive an Audi. They treated me like everyone else.
6. This could be an endless list... just go for you German auto needs!!

I first took in my 2004 VW New Beetle Monday for an estimate. Nathan was great, and told me what I needed to get fixed to get my engine light turned off and to pass inspection. He gave me a quote, and he really took the time to explain things to me. He was very clear on prices, which are super reasonable, and they gave me an excellent quote. Amazing service and definitely where I'll be taking my car from here on out now since I'm new to the Dallas area. I went in with a number of issues to pass inspection. They said they were busy when they took my car in, but would work with me. He asked when I needed my car back by and that he would make sure it was ready which made me feel like he valued me as a customer. They did excellent work. Brought my car in for carbon deposit cleaning. Once they starting into the car they found that the water pump was leaking. I asked them to take pictures of the carbon deposit cleaning. I am more than pleased with their work. I'm amazed they did all this in one day! And the price was more than half the price a dealership quoted me.

FIXED ONE PROBLEM, CREATED AN EVEN BIGGER ONE. I brought my 2006 Audi A4 in to get my Transmission Control Module (TCM) fixed. At first the shop was very helpful with working with me to get this part fixed on my car because of the cost of the part, and the fact that it was dealer only and had to be ordered from AUDI in Germany. After not hearing from them after a few days of them receiving the part, I called and they notified me that the TCM was installed and my gear selection flashing was off and no check engine light, but my car no longer has reverse. While I had to sell my GTI a few years ago, I did bring it to these friendly folks a couple of times. I'm posting this because these are nice people who deserve recognition.
Firstly, my distributor went out. Very quick fix, took less than a day. Secondly, my spark plugs were arcing. Again, just a couple of goes to fix. Also, very reasonably priced for both jobs.

We have been going to V Dub Folks for about 5 or 6 years. They're quick and always available. My GTI has over 200,000 miles on it and they do the repairs to keep it going great. Oil changes are cheap. They'll work on other cars too. I don't feel over sold and they let me know what and why they are doing the work. They have wifi and desks in the waiting room.

Off the beaten path, but this is a nice facility: large, bright, comfortable waiting room with 2 comfortable cushioned chairs and 2 tall tables with bar stools perfect for working on a computer. And they have free, dependable WiFi available so you can work while you wait. There's a Keurig machine and a 75¢ Coke machine.
Not only did I get my car serviced, but when I mentioned I might be moving away to a small town that may not have German car specialists, the guy at the desk (Ben)
