I have been training with Tony Rios for years. His energy and passion for training is infectous. Even when I was a timid beginner, Tony made me feel welcome and excited to learn. My technique has improved, as has my confidence, fitness level and overall health. I'd highly recommend My Martial Arts to anyone: child or adult.
