Dentist serving Collierville, TN and Nettleton, MS. Originally from Hattiesburg, MS, I attended Peal River Junior College, and then proceeded to the University of Southern Mississippi, where I graduated in 1981. I am an Eagle fan and try to make it to as many of their football games as I can! Southern Miss, To The Top! I attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry and obtained my dental license in 1985.

The best staff! The technology and equipment was the latest and greatest! Very professional. Got the Zoom whitening technique highly effective and the technician was a master at her profession! Jennifer was so helpful with a ( Hot Flash ) LOL

Very strange and terrible experience here. First off, I was asked to pay a $10 COVID fee by the hygienist who cleaned my teeth AFTER the cleaning. Talk about sheisty. That was the first red flag. When I said I was unaware of it before my appointment, she was very aggressive about getting this money from me regardless. The entire staff was rude and their x-rays and equipment were very outdated. The cleaning was ok, but the flossing was rough, almost like she was mad. A dentist proceeded to talk to me at the end and told me my filling was cracked. Not true! I was very unhappy with the experience

Excellent customer service. I had a billing question I submitted on their website. They called me within 10 minutes and answered the question and resolved the billing issue . Great customer service in my opinion. They are also very friendly and professional when I visit the Collierville office. Highly recommend this dentist practice.

Thames Family Dentistry not only takes care of all my teeth issues but they also helped me with my insurance problems. Everyone has a smile that is just for you and these smiles always make my day better. I never dread going to the dentist when I am headed to Thames Family Dentistry. Very professional and very friendly folks. I do highly recommend Thames for any and all your dental needs or just to go in and say hi if you are in need of some positivity in your life.

Avoid, there a a lot of better alternatives, more professional and with better prices. Last month I took my mother because she had the typical tooth ache, once they finished the "examination", they started to tell us a tall tale of diagnostic and obviously with a high price. Obviously we saw the lie, we left and ended going to one of the other dentists in the area, who has better equipment, and way more professional.

My kids & grandmother love this place!! We take the whole family to Dr. Thames office in Collierville. They are so good to accommodate us all by making sure my elderly grandmother is comfortable at all times and entertaining my kids with TVs in the rooms! Which means I can also relax in their massaging chairs while getting my teeth done! :)

For not having gone to a dentist in almost a decade I went in knowing I would probably have a cavity or 6. They weren't big cavities just small surface one between the teeth. The staff is friendly, the young male dentist does good work (only one that has worked on teeth) and it has all been relatively painless. No recurrent issues. All the 1 star reviews must've been customer induced because I've experience nothing but good service.

Overall the place is nice and the dental hygienist and doctors seem professional and nice. However, I go to the dentist every 6 months and when I moved here from out of state and first went to Thames dentistry I was told I had 6 cavities... 6!!!!!!!! Well, I got 3 "fixed" and then decided to get 2 second opinions and both told me that I didn't have the other 3. Hmmmmm
Either these dentists are the greatest dentist to ever practice and can see what others can't, or they're just out to make some money
