Dr. Gillespie is an excellent chiropractor. He takes his time and does a complete full spine adjustment and also my hands, elbows and feet. He is very thorough and gentle and I trust everything he does. He’s been a blessing and I’m happy to have found him. Don’t look any further, he is an amazing doctor!!

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Gillespie after I had been slacking on looking into chiropractic care for my lower back pain. She's known him for some time and said he was really good and she wasn't wrong. I was skeptical at first since Newcastle is a small drive, but it was so worth it! I utilized the $10 for $20 on Yelp and my first visit was just $10, normally $19 depending on what you get done. Been in multiple auto accidents, wake board smashes, dirtbike wrecks. Dr. G has been a wonderful resource through many stages of many of my bad decisions. Not sure I would be able to get out of bed in the morning if it weren't for Chiropractic 19. If you have tried others, or nervous as a 1st timer I would HIGHLY encourage you to be treated here. Ohh I hate to do it because I'd like to keep Doctor Gillespie as hidden gem....but this guy is freaking amazing. He lives, eats and breaths chiropractic care and always trying to go one step further to really give each patient this amazing care I have honestly never seen before. I came in for an adjustment yesterday and he took the time to really work on every area...half way through we were on the extremities and he pointed out they were really out of wack and then fixed them better then the best podiatrist I've been to. He is getting me on the road to wellness and recovery...even adjusted a collarbone joint issue I am having.

Dr. Guillespie has provided me with the best chiropractic care I've had in my 65 years. Not only is the price more than reasonable, you won't be out of his office for at least 15 minutes. If the need has arisen he has spent considerably longer with me. He is very sensitive to the amount of adjusting your body can take based on your current history. I just had my second back surgery in addition to getting severe migraines and having fibromyalgia. I'm very hesitant to have anyone touch my back and neck.
