I really liked that the business owners contacted me and apologized on my last experience, he explained to me it was a new employee who had things mixed up. I always appreciate when the business owner can take accountability speaks a lot about their professionalism. I returned again today to see Julie and like always she did an great job.

I have been coming to Thai Moon Spa for over a year and Julie is an amazing masseuse. However, this review is for Mark - the owner of the spa. My husband booked me a massage as a gift for my birthday and I have been looking forward to it all weekend. Unfortunately when I got in my car to drive over, my car wouldn't start. I was so disappointed realizing that instead of a relaxing day for my birthday I would now be dealing with AAA and car repair shops. Upon arriving, the facility is clean, they take your temperature, and you pay after your massage (I'm noting this because some Thai massage places require you to pay before your service). Jada greeted me and made sure I had a chance to use the restroom, if needed.
I had a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders and noted this to Jada. I brought my own CBD massage balm for her to use, and she mixed this with Tiger

Got the 90 minutes Traditional Thai Massage with Jada.
Completely outstanding. She’s tough, applied enough pressure yet very kind when asked for lighter pressure. Definitely recommend if you’re an active person like I am who lifts weights and play tennis on a weekly basis.

Second time coming here. Not good. Came in for one hour combination massage with nikki. They showed me to the room right away but Nikki started massage late. Barely felt the masssage. After the massage, I had to leave with the same sore body. Kinda embarrassing.
I booked online and it was stated it was 70$.
They charged me 80$ + 3% fee for credit card. I tipped 10$ when I normally tip more.

I am dedicating this to massage therapist Apple from this place. She is extremely professional and good. I have a lot of upper back pain due to my work requiring me sitting for long hours and she is able to greatly relieve my back pain every time I make an appointment with her. The best Thai Massages I have been to.my massages therapists always care about what I need.The last one concentrated on my pain areas,back ,neck & feet.Her pressure was very firm to strong,just what I needed.The sheets and the room were very clean and prices reasonable compared to other legitimate massages places.

I came to get a massage here because my aunt bought a giftcard due to knowing how much I enjoyed the massages when I traveled to Thailand a few years back. I did not get the therapists name but she stiffed me on a few minutes even so I paid with the giftcard and cash which included a $25 tip. After paying I went to the restroom when i came out no one was at the front desk so I proceeded to leave since I had already paid. Went to my car and was fiddling on my phone. A couple minutes later I see the therapist come out of the store in a frenzied/panicked manner. She was looking

OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I booked my very first massage ever and had it was scheduled for today at 11:15am. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected EMERGENCY. And called to cancel as soon as I found out at 9:30am. First of all the way this man answered the phone was just "hello?" Very unsanitary operation. Started 10 minutes late. Never asked me how I wanted my massage or if I have any injuries. Excessive use of a horrible smelling oil. The sheets very itching and rough. Excessive use of elbow and I kept asking her not to, but she would not listen. Kept going from my feet, to my head and my hair without sanitizing her hands. Disgusting!
And had the nerve to demand a tip when she was done.

Got a deep tissue assuage with Allie on Wednesday and sport massage with Lilly last week. Massage was amazing! Therapists so friendly, and they gave me the best massage I've ever had. Thank you lady for fix my neck and my lower back. Place very clean and easy to find. They kind of busy but I got my appointment ahead via website. I will definitely come back to see Allie next 2week!

All the ladies are amazing! From the top of my head, I had Amie, Bonnie, Cleo, and Cherry. Never had a bad/mediocre experience here. I've been here 8 times already, and so far so great! My most recent visit yesterday was with Cleo, and she was a miracle worker on my shoulder/neck/arm knots. Cleo even did a mini session of cupping to help ease my knots. I also booked a couple's session around Valentine's, and my boyfriend told me it was the best deep tissue massage he's ever had.

This place is a Gem. After been here 4 times with Bonnie Angie and Apple for a Deep Tissue massages and they gave me free hot stone. My Chronic pains from office syndrome seem go away. All of them seem to know how to work on my problems. So professional and very friendly
The place very clean also all of therapists they been vaccinations. parking is free and plenty spot.
I live in Carlsbad is so easy for me to jump on 405 and so convenient to get around Irvine.

I had a wonderful experience here. I decided last minute to get a massage because I was having a lot of stress and tension, I am a healthcare worker so it's hard for me to find time to relax. I found Thai moon spa on Yelp and decided to book based off all the good reviews.
Booking the appointment was quick and seamless, everything was done online through the Yelp app which was very convenient. The best! My first time for a Thai massage, and it was like a dream. I got the combination massage (Thai + deep tissue) and it covered everything I could ask for. Bonnie was my therapist she sure stretched everything and gave me feedback about my more stiff areas. Very pleased - I will be back and tell everyone to give this place a try.

Wow, this was quite the massage experience! I had a very long week of work and events and my body was definitely feeling it by Sunday. My usual mobile masseuse wasn't available (and I was in dire need for a massage), so I searched Yelp for a good spot that took a same day appointment. Thai Moon Spa showed up very close to home, in the top results and with high ratings. I saw their website allowed to book online appointments and even select your therapist. I wasn't sure what to make of it because all the therapists were female and the prices were very reasonable. I called to check if appointments
