Installed pergola in april 2021, very sturdy product. delivery took a while because of all the things going on with shipping delays around the world however the ETA they provided was perfectly accurate in fact I received the product one week early. enjoying the backyard all seasons now; rain or shine. cant beat the price, too. installation photo here:

Tried every way possible to purchase from this company. Received a response from someone in Sales & Marketing department after submitting a form to be contacted. Was quickly referred to a reseller in California, and the reseller was even CC'ed. No response or follow up from this company or the reseller and continuous reminders. I can not recommend doing business with this company as just trying to purchase this product is simply impossible. In fact, I'm not sure how they're in business right now with this type of response.
