Alex Swain is Of Counsel at Block LLP. He is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully represented thousands of clients across a broad range of civil and complex litigation areas. In 2017, Mr. Swain began his career at one of the top real estate litigation firms in Southern California. Despite his success in this area, something was missing.
Ryan Block is a seasoned trial attorney who spends most of his time as a lawyer in the courtroom doing trials. He has done many thousands of trials as the lead attorney and has been in front of over 50 different judges in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

Alex represented me in a trip and fall accident. I fell over an unlit curb, dislocated and crushed my kneecap. I was involved in a car accident where I was injured pretty bad. My insurance said it was my fault. A friend suggested I contact Alex Safarian at Block LLP. Ryan is an incredibly intuitive and resourceful litigator. When I was the victim of a hit-and-run in Hollywood, one that tore my car door right from the frame as I was holding on for dear life, Ryan was the one to track down the drunk driver who plowed me over with no remorse. These guys are amazing for more complicated cases. My friend and I were involved in a trucking accident where the driver of the truck side swiped our vehicle and claimed we were at fault. Ryan and Alex fought very hard including spending their own money on an accident reconstructionist which ultimately proved that the driver of the semi was at fault. We were compensated for all of our doctor bills and we got a substantial amount of money for our pain and any future care we may need. They have great experience and were always very responsive.

So I had my first ever accident few months ago and I really didn't know how to handle the situation. It turned into a blame game even though it was never my fault and I didn't know how to prove my innocence. Thankfully I was lucky enough to to be introduced to Block by a good friend of mine and had the pleasure of meeting Alex as well. So let me start by saying everyone at Block LLP was so helpful during the worst time of my life. I was rear ended on my way to work and had some pretty bad pains in my neck and back, and had to take leave from work.
