All seemed to go smoothly, it was not very complicated. 1037,00 was to be applied to the first installment, it never was. Despite many emails and phone calls the answer was always they were too busy to look into it. Finally out of frustration I took the whole thing to someone else. Turns out that rather than a refund I owed 986.00 and now there will be a penalty too. Emailed Sunday night, even sent the PDF of the documents still no response. I would at least like to have a refund of the 250.00

Very poor communication, extremely hard to reach Linda. After uploading all of my documents to her portal, I called a few weeks later asking when things would be finished. Got an email March 5th from her assistant, Marjorie, stating: "You should hear from us early next week if not sooner." After that, I got zero communication for a month. I called once or twice and left voicemails in late March; not a single call returned. I emailed again, April 2nd, stating how I was fed up and finally got a reply saying my taxes would be done tomorrow.

Our office inherited a client of Linda's in Q4 of 2017 due to the client's worry with regard to the fact that they kept receiving letter after letter from various government entities. Since that time we have been correcting error after error and once we think we've gotten them all, another pops up.
From the standpoint of another accounting professional, full service payroll shouldn't be this difficult. I'm not asking you to bring your business to us, but for your sake, i encourage you not to use Nayder Ent.
