I was preparing to begin the search for a roofing contractor. One afternoon, before I even started, Jenifer came to my door. She had noticed the condition of my roof and stopped in to offer to help. She, along with Andrew, helped with filing an insurance claim and even met with the adjuster. The entire process went very smoothly and I now have a new roof. So pleased with the prompt and speedy process of getting a new roof! Davin came out immediately for initial quote, came back again to meet with appraiser from insurance company, came back again to go over everything in FULL detail, and the actual job was started and finished within the time frame promised, and he personally oversaw the whole process. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. 100% satisfied with customer service, skills, and knowledge. Highly recommend!!

Clive Davis and Carolina Restoration Pro are the best. Clive was referred to us for our wind/hail damaged roof and handled the entire process including the initial inspection, filing of the insurance claim, meeting the adjuster on site, and following up after completion. He walked through every phase with us and made sure we understood the particulars of each step clearly. The crew did an amazing job completing the entire roof in one day. The workers were amazing and they got us a roof free of charge based on damage from a storm. Their salesman helped us through the process but definitely had a fake it til you make it attitude. He clearly made things up instead of just being honest when he didn't know the answers. The result, we got a beautiful new roof for FREE but I just have a… hard time with shady salesmen. Stay away from the smooth talker Josh unless you don't mind white lies. Seemingly harmless because we got the roof but every step of the way made me very uncomfortable and things were not accomplished as promised.
