What a great salon! Being it was my first time here I was a little nervous. I always feel intimidated walking into a new salon..is it cliques, will they think I'm too old (61) to be in their trendy salon ?? But Craft was welcoming and a fantastic experience. The owner, Kori, as well as the front desk staff, made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. My stylist took the time to talk to me about my hair, lifestyle and what has and hasn't worked for me before. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the results!! I only got a haircut this time, but will definitely call Craft hair

I came by Craft again hoping to get a cut after several months of avoiding one due to the pandemic. When I could hold off on a haircut no longer, I decided to go to the tried and true location for a trim. The online system is always incredibly efficient, and in a matter of minutes I had an appointment for later in the week.

I got my hair cut and balayage done by Alyssa, and she couldn't have been more amazing! It was my first time dying my hair, and I was really nervous. Alyssa answered all my questions and made me really confident. I have dark brown hair, so I was nervous it would turn out brassy, but it came out amazing. Craft was very safe and made me feel really comfortable. There was plenty of distance between all guests. I can't wait to go back!

Frazier is the man. Great cuts, great conversation, also incredibly talented with coloring for both men and women's hair. The place has a great vibe and all of the staff are awesome. If you are needing to get hair cut or color and you are near the downtown area, you would be hard pressed to find a better place.

I followed Katie from her previous salon and her work is stellar as always. I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to my hair and she makes such great recommendations that I get compliments ALL the time!

I saw Sam for a cut and color as a new client. He was absolutely amazing. He sat down and talked to me about what I wanted to achieve with my color. I am 37 and going very grey. As a brunette this can be very difficult to keep up with. Sam took the time to build trust and build expectations.
I recently moved from Chicago and I had a very close relationship with my stylist there. I was incredibly hesitant to let anyone touch my hair. I had about 3-4 inches of gross dead ends. In addition to this I had a combination of a brassy grown out balayage with ALOT of grey.

I recently found Craft Hair after a friend referred me to Korie. I love the location and salon - it is so modern, clean and pretty. And, Korie is simply the best! I had tried home coloring during the Covid crisis, and Korie was able to fix my botched color and help me look pretty again! She is great at cutting curly hair too. I love this salon and will be returning again and again.

Around 9:30 this morning, I made a 12:30pm appointment online. The appointment was confirmed. I got to the salon at 12:20pm. The doors were locked (but lights were on). I figured, no problem - maybe I was just the first appointment of the day (meanwhile, it started raining). 12:30pm rolled around. Doors still locked. I called and got the voicemail. Tiffany is absolutely amazing!! What a kind, warm,sweet person..She literally has the best insight, and did not disappoint. She listens, has great suggestions and does an immaculate job. I had the awesome experience of spending a few hours with her getting a hair cut and a balayage, which I was blown away with, by the way! I love it!!! She is friendly and so sweet, & truly listens to what you are hoping for with the results, and puts you at ease that you are in good hands.

I followed Chelsea to Craft Hair+Co from her previous salon. First off Chelsea is never allowed to leave Nashville because I would be lost! Not only does she do a great job she has a great personality and is so sweet! I really enjoy the conversations we have, I look forward to getting my hair done for more than just the fresh locks! Secondly the salon is amazing, it has such a great, light atmosphere and feels really cozy. Everyone was very friendly highly recommend both the salon and Chelsea!

Gracie's amazing. She listens to what I want, gives helpful feedback, and executes excellently. This was my first visit with Meghan and she was also amazing. Brow waxing is sometimes trauma inducing and that was not the case this time. My brows look the best that have in ages. The staff is always friendly. It's always clean. The vibes are on point. You can't lose.

Tiffany styled my hair and she was excellent. I came in with very long hair after deciding not to grow my hair shoulder length. She took the time to first dry cut my hair to get the length about right, then she wash and shampoo my hair and then styled it perfectly.
Another time I had grown my hair very long and the stylist in Boston didn’t take the time to take the time to style my hair and it came out awful. Tiffany, on the other hand, is a real professional and made it perfect.
I highly recommend Tiffany.

Thank you Lenae! I could not have wished for a better experience for myself and my bridal party. Lenae Pence did my hair, a friends and my mom's for my wedding. We all have very different hair types but Lenae tailored everything to each person and did an amazing job. She was very knowledgable, timely, and helped ward off wedding day jitters by keeping everyone calm and comfortable. I have a blunt bob but wanted long hair for the wedding. This is the cutest salon! All of my interactions with the stylists and receptionists have been great.
I first came here after my stylist, Tiffany, moved to this salon a few months ago. The location is great and of course I'd recommend anyone to see Tiffany! I actually live in Memphis but I haven't found anyone I like more than her so I have to schedule my hair appointments around my visits to Nashville! But she's worth it!!

LOVE this salon and their staff! CRAFT hair + co. is my go to when I'm in the music city - colorist Anneliesa knows exactly how to perfectly blend my highlights. Never disappointed in the quality of service and the attention to detail they provide. I would also recommend the olaplex treatment it's amazing!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Came to Nashville for a wedding, had hair and makeup done for four people on one day notice. Amazing job. Wedding was outside in 90 degree heat and at 1am I still looked great. As good if not better than anything I've found in NYC. Absolutely top notch, my highest recommendation!

Let me start this review off by saying that I have had experience in ALL types of salons. CRAFT has been by far the best to me and my hair! Ana is go-to. When I wanted to be blonder, she helped me do that without damaging my hair or making me platinum. Her balayage skills were beautiful and my regrowth was so natural! When I wanted to go back to my usual brunette self, she was there to make sure I wasn't bogged down with pure black hair or some overly-red tinted mess.

Craft is amazing!!!! I am from Nashville, and have been to various different salons around Nashville. I had never professionally colored my hair before, but was interested in balayage. Gracie is amazing! She colored my hair and it grew out with any roots and was so easy to maintain. I was nervous about it looking too "done" and it looked more sunkissed.
Can not recommend Craft and Gracie enough! Such a great experience!

I had my first visit to Craft Hair and it was awesome! Im so glad I've found a salon in Nashville where I feel comfortable and taken care of by down-to-earth and experienced professionals. The decor alone is calming, casual, yet refined. Gracie was my stylist and she was amazing! She listened to me and corrected a bad hair cut I received the day before, so I was beyond relieved to have someone listen to my needs and asked me questions that made my cut perfect. The parking in the back made my trip stress-free, so that was icing on the cake! I look forward to coming back to see Gracie for more

I travel over 1K miles (from Boston area) to still see Frazier, and it is well worth it! 7 years ago he helped me with a color correction from another Nashville salon, and he's been my hero ever since. Frazier is not just a colorist -- he's a hair artist. I get compliments on my balayage all of the time - no matter what color shades we try! I simply don't trust anyone else to give me similar amazing results. He's great about recommending new colors for your personal look, mood, the season, etc. And, I only have great things to say about the results and highly recommend

This review is for Daniel. He majorly screwed up my hair. All I asked for was a root touch-up to cover the silver. I walked out with orange roots the first time. (My hair is brown with caramel highlights.) I thought, "ok mistakes happen, I'll just cancel my evening plans and go back so he can correct the color." An hour and twenty minutes later, I still have orange roots. To add insult to injury, he kept blaming his crappy dye job ON MY HAIR. I have been having my color done by Frazier Dyson at another salon for about 2 years. He recently moved over to Craft and I would follow him anywhere!! He's amazing. Luckily, he's also doing cuts now as well. He is passionate about what he does and extremely creative. And ultimately, just a super cool dude. ( Make him do some of his accents for you ). :) I really enjoyed the salon as well. The space is beautifully renovated and the other stylists and staff were all friendly and welcoming.
