Dr. Holden is originally from Wheeling, WV. He spent four years in the US Army serving as a Teamleader in the Infantry. It was here that he learned how proper diet and exercise was instrumental in staying fit and active for duty. Finally, he went to Sherman College of Chiropractic where he learned the most important aspect of chiropractic and conducted research to find the most effective form of chiropractic analysis and adjusting technique.
Our office focuses on the most important process in your body, the brain ---> body connection, your nervous system. By correcting misalignments in your spine, your nerves can send information all over your body without interference. This improves health, energy, and immune function. Chiropractic treatment is a natural, safe way to heal the body from stiffness and soreness, as well as a variety of other conditions.

After a traumatic car accident, I went in to see Dr. Holden and he helped me with my back, hip, wrist and rib cage. Feeling better every day since the adjustment and so happy to not have that nagging back ache all day long. Dr. Holden is professional and explains what he can help with and what to expect afterward.
