I rated a one star cause at least she answered the phone the second time I called. I called to get insurance on our Church van. The lady who answered phone was not professional at all. She acted like I was interrupting her so I asked if she was with a customer? She said "I have a minute" in a rude way. Then was not very enthusiastic or professional to help me. It's easy to tell someones demeanor by their voice over the phone. She wasn't being helpful or professional but was more rude. So sbout a minute into our conversation I knew she was someone we would NOT want to do business with. There are
