Casi has been doing my hair for about 3.5 years now and always does a fantastic job. My first experience with her, I had gone to her because I needed a color fix a few days away from my brothers wedding, she was able to fix and give me the look I was originally going for. Since then she’s done multiple different styles and has helped me get ready for many events. Although the ladies that work there were very nice I felt I was overcharged and the results were not what I was expecting and in line with what was discussed. To give context, I am from New York, had 3 months worth of roots due to quarantine and was in desperate need of highlights. I was in Naples on a vacation and really needed my hand done. After reading the reviews for Salon alchemy I decided to give them a call and luckily got in right away. I got my hair done by Anna and I have never been more thrilled. She was excellent and so knowledgeable. I showed her photos of what I wanted and she gave me great suggestions of what would look best on me. After my appointment I wanted to cry because she made me feel beautiful. I have just gone through a break up and needed a change and she made it happen. Thank you so much! And I will be visiting again.

I wish I could give this zero stars, Salon Alchemy is a VERY unprofessional business. When I went in I went to the owner Casi thinking I would be going to someone who knows what they are doing... man was I WRONG. I went in with very blonde hair asking to make it a little less brassy something simple. I even showed pictures for a clearer idea of what I wanted. It took her over 5 hours with help from her assistant, who took over on the toners and usually I wouldn't mind but when paying such expensive prices (over $300) I expect the best and she was still in beauty school. I have been searching for a stylist that specializes in blondes. Many will tell you that they can give you platinum blonde that you want. Over and over, the color was wrong until I met Casi. She understands the “science” of creating the color you want plus she is awesome with cutting and styling. I just love her!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Salon Alchemy. I met with Gabby for a consultation and after looking at her work on instagram (@gabbydoesmyhair_) I quickly booked my appointment. She was able to squeeze me in for a complete transformation. We spent 9+ hours together changing my platinum blonde hair over to a brown balayage (or so I learned colormelt). She explained every step and worked off of my inspo pic perfectly. I highly recommend!

I got my hair done by Anna Gabrielle and let me tell you she hit it right outta the park! I’m obsessed and my husband absolutely loves it which is a huge compliment to say since he never notices. Casi at Salon Alchemy is fabulous! She is very knowledgeable and has great experience at doing color and styling. She knows the right color to bring out my features and makes me look and feel like a million bucks! My hair is very thick and I'm still getting compliments on my short bob cut! Casi and Letty are amazing!! They are professional and highly talented in their work .. they took me from brunette with a few random highlights to a gorgeous balayage that I am truly impressed with. I was so happy to find Casi! I was one of those people that dreaded getting my hair cut or colored because I never knew what I was going to look like. Casi is awesome!! She is very talented and does excellent work. She also listens to what you want and never rushes you through. You can tell that she loves what she does. I have gotten hilites, low lites and she recommended some hair extensions. I would defiantly recommend her! I am now very happy with my hair and love getting my hair done!

Casi is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. She is especially skilled in color with an attention to detail I've very rarely seen in other Stylists. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located . I am a professional Photographer and I have had opportunity's to work with Casi and her staff on everything from a full scale photo shoot to a 5 hour Balayage on my own hair. I have many work associates in the Styling field to choose from, I chose Casi when it's time to have my own hair done.

Casi has been doing my hair for over a year now. She is by far one of the best colorist you'll find in the state of Florida. She has a natural gift and creates magic with everyone's hair including my own. I also used Casi's services for my wedding this past year. She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and all of my bridesmaids and family. She is worth every dime and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Charged me for services that I didn't know had extra charges then after I got home charged me an additional $65. I wasn't not happy with not having charges explained to me and services done that went way over the $165.00 that was quoted before starting. I had already paid $225 plus tip before the additional $65 charges.

It's difficult when you come down to Naples during the season to find someone who can cut and color my hair so that it would just closely resemble the job my stylist from home does. Every year I go to Yelp and other sites in hopes of finding that special person. For the past 8 years that we have been down I have had some that were rated high but the job I got was in some cases a total disaster and some were just okay.
UNTIL THIS YEAR!!! With a hope and a prayer I made an appointment with Casi on 5th!!! I could not believe my eyes when she was done ... IT WAS THE BEST CUT I HAVE EVER HAD
