Our owner, Bob McCain, has been in residential construction for more than 30 years. Prior to founding his own company in 1999, he worked for several large, award winning, national homebuilders in positions ranging from Construction Manager to Division President. It was here that Bob came to understand that Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Design and Value all go hand in hand.
As a former Real Estate Inspector, he also has knowledge of Building Codes that few builders in rural areas have. My knowledge of building codes and 30 years experience in construction management provides me with a better understanding of the total process than the typical home builder has. It allows me to supervise and inspect all of the contractors work, and not simply rely on them to do the job correctly.

McCain Construction and Remodeling has done several jobs for us during the past three years. Two of the jobs were a standalone garage and the addition of a carport to our second home so that both look like they were not an afterthought. McCain Construction also repaired a significant problem created by a previous builder's mistake on our primary home.
