I have had the privilege to work with Trace as a buyer and as a seller. I don't know how to really give the best review other then saying he is the best of the best, above superb. As a buyer he always made sure that every meeting and every transaction was met on time or before. He did everything for me till I had to sign the paperwork. I had no hiccups throughout the process and he even checked with me from time to time to make sure that everything was still good. Of course he has a great company that he works for which is Any Wienands Real Estate. They are especially known in cedar valley area
