After graduating from the Texas Tech School of Law, Shane began his career as an associate attorney before becoming a partner at a larger firm. Eventually, Shane's entrepreneurial drive led him to open his own practice. Today, The McGuire Firm is a team of attorneys that handles personal injury cases not only in Tyler, but across the state of Texas.
A graduate of Whitehouse High School and UT Tyler, Shane McGuire has been in East Texas for most of his life. And he has no desire to ever leave (almost literally, as he doesn't particularly care to travel, much less move away). Shane absolutely adores his bride ("The Fair Tish, " as he often calls her) and their two kids.
A native (and current resident) of Jacksonville, TX, Arron Swink is an associate attorney with The McGuire Firm. Spending Friday nights in the fall as the radio play-by-play broadcaster of Jacksonville High School football. Arron earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Literature and Languages from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2008.
Matt Morris is an associate attorney with The McGuire Firm. A native Texan, Matt grew up in Mesquite, Texas, and attended Texas Tech University after graduating from John Horn High School in Mesquite. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas Tech University in 2016. At Texas Tech, he was an active fan of Texas Tech sports and enjoyed attending as many sporting events as he could.

First things first, these guys are amazing. From the day I met with Mr.McGuire all my concerns and questions were answered. Very professional and responsive. He really cares about his clients and making sure the best results are gotten. He’s very upfront so you know what to expect. If I could give this firm 10 stars I would. I was very nervous during some of the meetings and that was quickly calmed when I seen I had nothing to be nervous about. This firm gets the job done and the compassion for the clients is immaculate.
