I called about 4 different State Farm agencies and got no where! missing work because im on the phone with state farm and because they didnt do their job right over a week ago. so i thought by callin a local id get better luck and so I spoke to Jason, the most lazy non understanding unprofessional person ive ever spoken to. he only cares about how i was talking and not how my car or well being was, it was like he has never seen a person whose car was hit. was not even able to pull up a claim with common information, and he thought i was gullable to believe that was the problem. i was begging him

Have been with Jason for years and he and his staff have always been helpful, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We are not family or friends, just clients, although he makes us feel like a friend. He has helped us with several claims since we have been with him and they have all gone very smoothly.

Any time you need to speak with him or his staff they are right there with answers to any of your questions or concerns. So courteous, kind and very pleasant to work with. Currently Jason has been working with us on an unusual situation with another company and he has been so diligent and on top of the situation at all times.
