I recently discovered a portion of my roof popped off. It was a simple fix, but on the second floor of my house with nothing flat under it to put a ladder on so I decided to let a professional do it. I called them on Tuesday afternoon, they had someone out on Thursday to give me an estimate and potentially fix it. The did the fix right there, quickly, and for a price I was very happy with. Will be using them again if I ever need more work done.

First Choice redid our entire roof and we were SO impressed with them. They were fast, complete and had great customer service. Their owner is a good guy who will only do the right thing. As they redid our roof they found some rot around our windows. They pointed it out to us and at no cost fixed the wood around the windows. This bought us time to figure out what new windows we wanted. I really appreciate them doing the right - and best thing - for our home. We would recommend them to anyone!

My experience was unfortunate to say the least. I was given a bid to replace my roof. The bid itemized plywood as the wood replacement material to be used, at $2.27 per square foot. When everything was finished, they had actually used 1x8 lumber and charged me $7 per lineal foot. (Which, for the record, is double or more what other companies in town charge.) So I had to pay $2100 for them to replace 300 lineal feet of wood, instead of $2605.96 for 1148 square feet. 300 lineal feet equates to 200 square feet, just to put things in perspective. They replaced approx. 1/6 of my roofing wood
