Very poor experience with this realtor. There definitely seemed to be a lack of effort. Buffy is an older woman in her seventies, sittting in a extremely stable place in her personal finances, along with her husband’s business. There is no drive or motive for her to sell your home. It seemed that the attitude was, “It will sell when it sells.” There was no advertisement, and in today’s online market, advertising through social media is pivotal. I was in charge of my own marketing. I had to push for my home to be shared to Facebook sites and even listing sites like Zillow or trulia, something
