I know two people who have had very bad experiences with Dr. Drizen. In one case, years of extra work with a new orthodontist were required to fix the damage caused by Dr. Drizen.
They switched to Dr. Nelson in Manchester, MA and have had a great experience with him.
Maybe she is acceptable for the most basic issues but not complex cases.
