My daughter went today for a cleaning. Girl doing the cleaning kept jabbing her in the gums with the cleaning device. She kept telling my daughter it slipped. The girl kept trying to take off my daughter's permanent retainer. My daughter kept telling her to leave it alone, its glued on permanently. The fluoride they gave her was Carmel tasting instead of offering other flavors.
Don't train a new girl on my daughter. Get someone who knows what they are doing!

My child has been going to this office for many years. Doctor and staff have been great. They are good with the kids. There are Movies playing in the ceiling so kids can watch while working on their teeth. The place is decorated with animals. Pre-covid they had games available in the waiting room. Had an appointment today and they are taking precautions to keep kids and family and employees safe by taking temperatures at the door and sending forms ahead of time. They also added extra glass walls to separate the patients and common walking area. I would definitely recommend.
