If I could give Zero stars I would, for an unresponsive, unprofessional organization that is supposed to “manage” property. I have rented accommodation through Westcliff properties for the last 2 years. Yvonne herself has helped with many issues and I have appreciated what she has done. However the simple fact that things like the back yard fence getting completely blown over and a maintenance request being submitted with zero response still to this day over 3 weeks later tells you everything you need to know. I have many more examples of the lack of interest showed in maintaining the property
