As a photographer my aim is to combine right timing with composition and work unobserved. My non-intrusive photo journalism approach helps my clients to relax and be present in their moments of happiness rather than focus on posing for the camera. It has been my good fortune to shoot quite a few surprise proposals on Kauai. It is an absolute thrill to be undercover and very satisfying to get the perfect shot of the exact moment when he/she says YES! I can proudly say that my Kauai Surprise Proposal images capture joy in its purest form. My aim as a photographer is to master composition, have a great sense of timing, and use the best possible lighting.

We chose Harneet to capture our wedding at Hanalei Bay this past fall. Boy, did we we choose right! He was so kind, yet professional and helped everything run smoothly. I would not consider my husband and myself “naturals” in front of the camera, but Harneet gave us prompts that helped him capture gorgeous photos in a very efficient fashion. My husband and I had wedding photos taken in Kaua’i by Harneet in November. He is super easy to communicate with beforehand and incredibly nice and friendly to work with. He gave us great instructions on poses and made us feel comfortable and natural the entire shoot. We LOVE how our photos turned out and everyone we share them with love them as well. The turn around time was also very quick which was really awesome since we didn’t have any friends or family at our elopement. We could not have asked for a better photographer and experience!

Harneet has the most incredible photography skills! My husband and I worked with Intimate Events Kauai for our ceremony, which went absolutely flawlessly, and we were so lucky to have Harneet as our photographer. Oh how very grateful I am for our sunset session with Harneet! I was more than nervous about the weather (rain) and Harneet seemed to have an intuition about the islands plan for a perfect sunset! Harneet was an exceptional photographer and director for our intimate wedding and post-wedding couple photos. We were introduced to our photographer, the incredibly talented, Harneet Bajwa through Kauai Elopements. From our initial interactions with Harneet, we knew we were in the best hands. We had a couple locations including our first look outside the Waipouli Beach Resort then to our ceremony location in Hanalei. Harneet was wonderful to work with from the very first email he replied to. We spoke over the phone while I was home in Texas and he was on the beautiful island of Kauai. He asked what my photography desires were, gave suggestions on wardrobe and locations and left it up to me to decide. He was prepared for the weather, adapted when people were near our shots, and was so kind and enjoyable with our family during the shoot.
