The excitement of her first loose tooth sparked her interest, and at age 6, she knew she wanted to be a dentist.

Dr. Licata has been my dentist since I moved to Missouri in 1991. I've lived in South St. Louis city, Defiance, and St. Charles county but I have never switched my dentist because Dr. Licata and her team are AMAZING. If you are an anxious dental patient and/or fear the dentist, then fear no more and make an appointment with Dr. Licata. Always friendly, patient, provides clear explanations and welcomes questions/concerns. The best dentist. Period.

I was a client here for 11 years. I accidentally missed one appointment and Licata’s office is charging me $95. Instead of waiving as a one time courtesy or having any type of customer service, I was told if I felt this was unfair to go to a different dentist. Keep in mind this was right before Christmas as well, the lack of understanding and sympathy is disappointing. For about one and a half years I had a tooth ache that nothing was done about. They didn’t see anything on x rays or thought anything of it. Finally on one appointment they said that tooth had a cavity. To save the tooth because

Dr. Licata and her entire team is the perfect example of when professionalism is met with genuine customer care. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and skillful while always taking the time catch up on how things have been since the last time you were seen, even remembering the details.
