Services
With 60 years of building expertise, you can count on Wick Buildings structures that last, making your investment worth every penny. When the steel building option is right for you, we can provide turnkey services for a complete job. Take a look at our steel building gallery. We've been installing Bertch Cabinets for over 15 years.
Wick post-frame buildings are pre-engineered wood-frame construction systems. The walls feature laminated columns, also called posts, instead of wood studs, steel framing or concrete masonry. With today's demands on larger buildings for larger equipment and more livestock, it becomes imperative to have your building components engineered.
Wick Buildings, Inc. is a privately held Wisconsin company founded in 1954 by John F. Wick. John Wick is a Wisconsin native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a background in agriculture and advanced schooling in business and engineering. Wick Buildings consist of a wood-frame structure covered with sheet steel and/or other exterior materials such as brick and block.
In post-frame construction there are several different types of steel available for exterior roof and sidewall steel. Some builders use a softer (30,000 PSI tensile strength) but slightly thicker 26-gauge steel - more akin to the licorice mentioned above. And some builders use slightly thinner 29-gauge full-hard steel (80,000 PSI hardness) which is more like the hard candy mentioned above.
Don't just imagine your Wick building, see it in 3D! With DESIGN 3D from Wick, build a virtual copy of your dream structure, from agricultural barns to suburban garages and everything in between. With options to customize everything from color to layout to accessories, you can see it before you buy it.

Very personable but not professional. Met and discussed plans and then never got back to us on pricing.
