This was my son's first Dental appointment, he was very nervous. The staff in the back was AMAZING to me and my son. He done great. I know without a doubt, it was because staff made him at ease. That being said, the receptionist was incredibly rude and at points hateful to me. I will continue going there and would recommend to my friends as well.

My daughter is two and had to have some dental work on her front four teeth. Dr. Puckett did an amazing job with making her feel comfortable and safe. He was very thorough and took the time to teach us about why things were like they were and how to prevent anything else from happening. He was super understanding and gave a worrying mom very good peace of mind. He is an absolute joy to visit and I look forward to him caring for my daughter for years to come. Thank you Ridge Kids and Dr. Puckett for all you do!!!!
