I’ve waited almost a month for my appt w/Mrs Brooks & even filed an extension on my taxes just so I could meet with her. Here it is-a couple of days before our appt & she has her receptionist call & cancel stating she just doesn’t have time to take on new customers. I agreed to wait several weeks for our meeting because it was tax time. I understand she must ensure she allocates enough time for her clientele but making a new customer wait a month just to cancel without any regard as to how this is affecting my business is purely unprofessional! That’s just wrong!

Beware!!! After waiting weeks for an appointment they call & cancel 2 days before our meeting stating they just don’t have time to take on a new client! Wow! I could’ve found another CPA last month. Are you serious? I filed an extension on my taxes just to be told you’ve cancelled our appointment-WOW! Now I’m back at square 1! Thanks for nothing! Don’t let this business do the same thing to you!

I drop my taxes off over three weeks ago. As of today March 20 I never received a phone call or email updating me on if I needed to bring any more paperwork . Never received a call or email letting me know if my taxes were finished for me to come pick them up. It is absolutely too close to April 17. Before I went and picked up my undone taxes I called this business. Talked to the receptionist which was rude. She told me we will call you when your taxes are complete as if I was interrupting. What a waste of three weeks. I'm taking them to a professional CPA with good communication skills.
