Kikiaola Construction Company has been an expert in Structure Moving, Cranes & Lifting, and New Construction in Kauai and neighboring islands for more than 20 years. Since 1992, when we restored damages from hurricane Iniki, Kikiaola Construction has contributed to developing and renovating houses, buildings, and facilities on the island.
In 2016 we added a 175-Ton Crane, bringing added value to Kauai and improved our services. In an effort to reuse and relocate, we intend to connect sellers of old homes with potential buyers.

Our engineering capability and wide inventory will make sure your job is done successfully and on time. We use 3D Lift Plan for almost all of our picks. It is the right tool for lift planning, crane selection, and rigging design no matter how simple or complicated you lift. You can also simulate the entire project virtually in 3D Lift Plan to save time and increase efficiency on the jobsite.
Tiny homes, electric transformers, jet engines, plantation style buildings, historic school buildings are common projects. Our services preserve historic structures, prevent wasteful demolition, reduce material that ends up in landfills. We solve encroachment issues and provide affordable housing opportunities.
Rebuilding a structure with exactly the same lumber dimensions and using old materials where we can, making it as true to the original as possible. We may remove materials from a later period to make the property look the way it did during a period in its history. Preserving a historic building but using it for something other than its original use, such as converting camp houses to resort units or an old home into an office complex.
