Services
Our letter printing services can produce mail merged letters based on predefined policies and rules that you create. Such policies will create mail merged letters that are highly customized for each mail recipient. For instance, changing the return address on your envelopes for your local office based on recipient's address.
Letters are fully mail merged with any and all information from your mailing list. Merge information can be included anywhere in the body of your letter. Merge information can also be included on both sides of the letter (front & back) if you are printing double-sided.
We also offer variable image printing, which gives you the ability to change graphics/images based on certain conditions; for instance, having different letterheads or changing signatures in a single mailing job.We offer a wide range of variable data printing solutions, contact us for more details.

If your letter is more than one page; then all pages must either be printed in color or all pages must be printed in B&W. You must mail merge your own letter and envelope and upload one PDF file containing all your letters and another PDF file containing all your envelopes. Ms Word format is NOT accepted for this product.
Our Snap Pack printing will create direct mail pieces that will get you great results. These self-mailers are pressure sealed forms that require the recipient to tear off the perforated edges of the mail piece to open it. A snap pack mailer is constructed from a single piece of paper that is folded and sealed closed with glue on the edges and mailed without an envelope.
This snap pack is a single sheet of 8.5x11 paper that is folded and mailed without an envelope. This mailer is sealed using glue on the edges. The recipient opens the mail piece by tearing off the perforated and marked side edges. All forms require both the left and right side edges to be torn; and some forms will require the bottom edge to be torn as well.

It's been a year that I'm using this company for my mail campaigns. They started off well, but recently I believe my letters are not arriving to their destination. From my last 3 orders I got 0 call! I haven't received even 1 call!! Which means that nobody received my letters!!
I recommend other investors to not waste your time and money!!

HUGE shout out to Juan Muniz who helped me through my first order. I was a bit nervous about navigating through the process and making sure everything went well as I was uploading a list of data and would be paying over a grand. As a novice, the ITI representative took the time to walk me through the process. They have a good Knowledge Base help function, but not being totally familiar with the terminology and with the nuances of what the instructions mean, I needed someone to ask for clarification. She was patient and made sure I understood.

Christine has been phenomenal. On top of being incredibly patient and a joy to interact with, she also clearly understands the products extremely well. She provided great recommendations on several of our mailers, and I can’t say enough great things about her.
I was also impressed with the knowledge base of articles and instructions provided by iTi Direct Mail during the ordering process.
