Andreas Hills is a neighborhood of about 400 homes that occupies the southwest corner of Palm Springs. Whether you choose a condo or an estate-sized property of 5,000 sq ft or more, chances are, one reason you chose this neighborhood was to be close to nature. Elevated from the valley floor so from virtually any vantage you have commanding views of the San Jacinto Mountains soaring above Murray Canyon.
El Mirador is a neighborhood that honors its past. First laid out in the 1920s by P. T Stevens, the man credited with securing a reliable supply of water for our desert community. Stevens also landed us a reliable supply of Hollywood celebrities with his most noted architectural accomplishment - the El Mirador Hotel.
The Historic Tennis Club neighborhood is the beating heart of Downtown Palm Springs. With 11 of the structures registered as historic, the past and present intersect on every corner. The neighborhood takes its name from "The Tennis Club Resort" - the celebrated inn, restaurant, and tennis complex founded in 1937 that brought world-class tennis to the desert.
The Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood is not just a showcase of 1,100 homes. It's one of our city's largest neighborhoods and a museum of Palm Springs Architecture spanning almost 90 years. It was the fashion in the early 1930's to build small Spanish Revival homes. The first such in our area were collectively dubbed "Palos Verdes Estates" and located at the 90 degree turn where South Palm Canyon Drive and East Palm Canyon Drive meet.

I called this guy (Dan) after reading some reviews online. I have a house to sell in his area and I live out of state. To keep a long story short he answered the phone like I was bothering him. He spoke to me like I owed him money or something when I was potentially calling to give him a listing. Thankfully I got to know his attitude in our very first conversation rather than down the road. I don't care how long you've been in business, nobody wants to deal with a bad attitude.
