I had no heat in my master bedroom and it has been very cold. They called quickly and were very prompt. DeAndrew was my technician and he was WONDERFUL! He was so friendly, professional and VERY thorough. I will always use Discount Air Conditioning as long as DeAndrew is my tech. GREAT WORK!

This company was dispatched by our Home Warranty provider. The response time was amazing. The techs were efficient and professional. Jesse was able to determine that the problem was in the old thermostat and not in the central heating unit. I waited for the "add on " pitch that many companies that are contracted by the home warranty company use. I was astounded that Jesse did not go there at all. He was very polite, professional and replaced the thermostat with NO extra charges. I highly recommend this company.

Discount Air Conditioning & Heating provides excellent service from start to finish at the lowest price. I called late afternoon yesterday and was surprised to have a technician at my residence within 45 mins. Jesse, my technician is awesome; he is professional and knowledgeable. He started working on our swamp cooler immediately upon arrival and fixed the issue promptly. He was attentive, patient, and polite addressing my questions & concerns. The dispatcher is awesome too. I was having issues with my heater not working properly and decided to schedule an appointment with them based on the reviews. A technician came that following saturday at 8 o'clock. He went up to my roof and I saw him and a younger guy open the box behind my unit and they were messing with it (i thought this was normal) the tech then came down and explained to me that there was an issue with the defroster and the total to fix the problem would be roughly about $700. It was a bit too much for me specially around the holidays so I decided to give my warranty a call a week later, since my house was

We had our air conditioning unit brake down on Sunday. We got scheduled through our warranty company to Discount Air Conditioning. An hour later we got a call from Earl, and he came as soon as he finished his customer. Fixed our unit and gave us really good advice on the filters we used. Thank you for the fast and professional service. Highly recommend Discount Air Conditioning.
