I moved here from Upper Michigan - yes that makes me a Yooper! I love helping people, enjoy getting to know you and assisting with coverage questions, reviews, and claims. I am a member of the Chino Valley Lions Club, the Elks, and currently serve as Vice-President of the Chino Valley Unified School District governing board.

Prior to State Farm, I worked for and with the USOEC where we hosted and supported such programs as Short Track Speedskating, Boxing, Biathlon, Greco Roman Wrestling, Gymnastics and Ski Jumping. I needed road side assistance and when I called the number on my card I could not talk to a live person-wanted me to set up an app through text messaging to get service. I called Penny's office and they were wonderful-they took care of placing the call and had a tow truck out to me within a half hour. Now this is what I call customer service. Thank you team-you understood my frustration and found a solution.

Penny Hubble's state farme office has always been really helpful and I am a very picky person so as far as insurance goes I never stay with an insurance company long if they don't treat me good and so far the staff has been kind and explain things in detail when asked. When it comes to call backs it doesn't always happen but we all got to think about the fact that there are only 2-4 agents in the office in a day and hundreds of calls

Have had State Farm for over 14years in California moved to AZ an got a lead for this office Getting my husbands insurance set up with them was like pulling teeth. They couldn't figure it out. Quoted me one thing ended up being another. Sent one check. They claimed they never got it. Sent another check an asked for a call back when received. No call back takes about 3 times of you leaving a message to get a call back ..... They don't appreciate your business. When I told my parents I was having this issue with them they laughed an said wow we are having the same issues with them. 2

I had State Farm for 40 years in California and I had a great agent with a great company. Then I moved to Arizona and got Penny Hubble for an agent. I got the wrong policy when it renewed after the first year. When I emailed on Nov 5, 2015 to get a quote for flood insurance her response "I will try to look at it this afternoon". I said thanks that any time in the next few days would be great. When I had no response by Nov 23, 2015 I decided Penny Hubble is not who I wanted to trust with my HO policy or any other insurance. My last request was to please adknowledge my email to cancel my policy.
