Artworks is hands down the best print shop I've ever had the pleasure of using. I used to do everything online which was convenient at times but Alex (the owner) takes things to the next level. He takes pride in his work and really pays attention to detail. My company has switched entirely to his shop and he's done a tremendous job accommodating our needs.

Alex was very attentive and professional. He listened to what my requests were and created the perfect match for my daughter's birthday party. He communicated well and completed the job timely. Exactly what we wanted plus more. He even took the initiative to print opposite on the shirt we printed for the dog.The entire family was thrilled with his work. I’m just going to get to the point. The work I paid for was not only affordable and done in a timely matter, it’s was absolutely beyond what I thought it would be. I literally set up my product and was a bit emotional. Emotional not only because it’s my company I’m seeing develop even more, but also because it was just so beautiful! Contacted the business to place a very large order on May 21st. I was in contact with Alex via text and later by email, then back to text. We were back and forth trying finalize our order as we were told it would be a 10-14 day turn around for the quantity. Being that it was a long holiday weekend (Memorial weekend) I text Alex today to finalize our order and his response was "I wouldn't worry about it's too late to take your order have a good day" Our event is June 22nd and being that it's May 30th we clearly are within our 10-14 day turn around. I ordered items for my bachelorette party and upcoming wedding. Alex made fun, cute bachelorette party shirts for all of the girls, and one special one for me! Also, had customized tote bags and drink koozie's special order and I am absolutely in love. Everyone was obsessed with the koozie's and tote bags at the Bach party!!
I also ordered my invites and rsvp cards for the wedding. We are so excited to send them out to our family and friends. :)

I had called to ask if the accepted an ASUCR PO and they had told me yes, including to that a quote to the job I asked for. I call in a week later and another worker by the name of Vicki answers. She gave me a different quote and told me that they would accept the PO, but she would have to raise the price of the shirts just because it was through a Purchase Order. Every time I called I was told something different. On the last call, she accused me of haggling and said they were a legit business. I'm not saying they are not a legitimate business, buy they certainly did not come off as a reliable

Called Alex over at Artworx Printing, He gave me a quote over the phone but when I got an invoice it was hundreds of dollars higher than what he said initially. I called to clarify and was rudely hung up on...
With such a saturated market you would think a shop owner would go the extra mile to stand out... Unfortunately that's not the case with Alex over at Artworx Printing. Avoid.
Update: Alex called back with a lower price after this post but I decided to go to another company that had a bit more appreciation for my time and business. Bumped my review from 1 to 2 stars.

I sent a Yelp request for a quote. After initially getting back to me right away with preliminary information, I haven't heard from the owner in over 6 days (after sending another request for a quote and after e-mailing my design). I can understand not getting back to people right away when you're super busy, but anything over 2 days is crazy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Alex is awesome! High quality for a great price! He takes the time to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. And when you give him a deadline to get it done, he will get it done! He even let me wake him up at 8am on Saturday Morning at his house so that I could get my shirts in time for my event. Oh, and sweet PJs Alex! Will definitely work with him again.

First of all, I would like to say that Artworx does a phenomenal job, if it's done right. This company has a quick turnaround time and the price is almost unbeatable. Unfortunately, there was some mishap that happened on my order.
I work for Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and my unit was ordering 14 $110 embroidered North Face jackets. I bought the jackets separately (cost is $110) and went with Artworx for the embroidery part because of a recommendation from my girlfriend. Alex has already given me disclaimer that he won't be able to replace the jackets if something were to happen

I used Artworx to reprint some menus for my Pizza Restaurant. Not only was the price fair (and believe me I did my homework!) but the turn-around time and most importantly the QUALITY was fantastic! I highly recommend Artworx to anyone needing any print work done. I'm having them print our T-Shirts next! Great company, stellar service!
