Whereas some people prefer all-inclusive venues, others may decide to plan the details of their event on their own. Whether it's an indoor or an outdoor event, we've provided some helpful information in one convenient place to help you with your planning. Dancing Space: Allot 9 square feet per every two people who dance (1/3 - 1/2 of guests may dance at any given time).

When our DJ had to cancel 3 weeks before our wedding, we were very concerned that the reception would be ruined. Fortunately, he contacted G&R Entertainment for us and they agreed to take over the job with very little notice. We were concerned that 3 weeks was not enough preparation time to properly plan, but after meeting with Gabriel and Robert, we felt much more comfortable and at ease.
